Application submitted at Former Hospital Site

NEO has been instructed by Creare Ltd to provide highways and transportation advice regarding the conversion of the former Dartmouth Hospital to residential and commercial use. The prominent sea front location was previously occupied by the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and operated as Dartmouth Hospital until 2017.

Narcot Lane development approved at appeal
