Planning application for 270 homes and a Primary School
NEO have been pleased to support the planning application for 270 homes and a primary school in East Hoathly, East Sussex. Following the submission of a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan, NEO provided extensive post application support and negotiation with East Sussex County Council as highway authority.
The development proposals, which are split across two sites at either ends of the village, will be supported by a comprehensive sustainable travel strategy comprising enhancements to existing bus services and improvements to active travel routes within the village. Through the delivery of this strategy, NEO has been able to demonstrate that the proposed development can be accommodated without a severe detrimental impact on the existing highway network.
